This game will bring attention to Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and raise funds for the Champlain East branch of the Canadian Mental Health Association. CMHA Champlain East / ACSM Champlain Est. This night is dedicated to local police officers, firefighters, paramedics, and even tow truck drivers who selflessly put themselves on the front lines everyday to help save lives. The Nationals was to thank these heroes, for all they do.
The players will be wearing promotional jerseys to be auctioned off, there will also be a silent auction, and with the support of the Rotary Club of Cornwall D7040, Canada 50/50 tickets will be sold all to raise money and awareness for PTSD. Our goal is $5000!! Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a mental illness. It often involves exposure to trauma from single events that involve death or the threat of death or serious injury. On March 24th we will be raising awareness and fundraising to help better understand PTSD. Help the Nationals help those who help us every day!
