Cornwall Ontario — The LNAH held its monthly meeting Monday night with the Board of Governors.
As expected, the River Kings situation occupied a large part of the meeting. The League has officially taken over the concession of Ontario from the hands of Brock Frost.
Several alternatives were then possible from the dissolution of the team to the sale to a group or individual, ready to operate. Several groups have submitted a request to the League to kepp the concession of the Kings River. After analysis, the Board of Governors of the LNAH retained a request and submitted a conditional offer.
The LNAH is confident to keep the market in Cornwall and the discussions were very positive so far. There are still many checks to be done on this conditional proposition.
All efforts are implemented to ensure that the people of Cornwall and all the fans of the LNAH can still have a league of eight teams in the coming hours.
