Two City Committees are seeking volunteers.

City seeking community members to serve on new Property Standards Advisory Committee: The City of Cornwall is seeking four members from the community at large to participate in a newly created Property Standards Advisory Committee for the remainder of the term of Council (until December 2014). One of these appointees must have experience in residential design and/or construction. The objective of the Committee is to initiate and foster dialogue on property standards matters and to assist in forwarding a pro-active enforcement mandate. Cornwall residents wishing to submit their names for this Committee may do so by completing an Application and including their Resume.

City seeking community members to serve on Cornwall Regional Airport Commission: The City of Cornwall is looking for two community members with an interest in aviation to serve on the Cornwall Regional Airport Commission. One of these members is scheduled to serve on the Commission for the remainder of a three year term (until December 2014), while the term for the second member will run until December 2015. Residents wishing to submit their names for this Commission may do so by completing an Application and including their Resume.
