Brian Gionta was in Cornwall back in November of 2012 for a Charity game. Tonight he scored the Habs 20,000 NHL goals.
Brian Gionta played a charity game in Cornwall a few months ago. Tonight he scored a goal that has become a part of NHL history.

A few months ago Montreal Canadiens captain Brian  Gionta was one of more than a dozen NHL players in Cornwall Ontario for a Charity game in November of 2012. Tonight Gionta made history scoring the 20 000th goal of the Canadiens in their NHL history. Unfortunately the Habs loss 6-3 to the New York Islanders Tuesday night, which snaps the Habs 11 game streak without losing a game in regulation.
