River Kings Finalize First Round Playoff Schedule

Cornwall Ontario — Heading into the final weekend of the regular season the Cornwall River Kings have set their playoff schedule despite still waiting to find out who their first round opponent will be.

Cornwall will have home ice advantage whether they finish third or fourth. The possible match-ups are with either Riviere du Loup or St-Georges.

The first round best-of-five playoff series schedule is as follows.

  • Saturday March 30th , 7:30pm at the civic complex
  • Sunday March 31st, 2:30pm at the civic complex
  • Friday April 5th, 8pm on the road
  • Saturday April 6th, 7:30pm on the road (if necessary)
  • Sunday April 7th, 2:30pm at the civic complex (if necessary)

The schedule is subject to change. Tickets for the playoffs are already available at the civic complex box office (613) 938-9400.

Playoff ticket prices:

  • Adults $15
  • Seniors/Students $13
  • Children $5
  • Season ticket holders and sponsors can call the office 613.935-6219 to reserve their seats.

The River Kings final game of the regular season is this Saturday at 7:30pm in Jonquiere. This is a makeup game from December when winter weather prevented the River Kings from making the trip.
