Chesterville Ontario — Senator Pamela Wallin who is visiting the region next week has left the Conservative caucus while her travel expense claims are under scrutiny the CBC reports.
She has claimed about $321,000 in travel expenses since September 2010.
Talking about travelling expenses, the Saskatchewan Senator in question is scheduled to be the guest speaker at the SDSG Conservative annual Spring Dinner on Thursday, May 23rd at the Chesterville Legion.
Wallin is not the only Conservative Senator under scrutiny. Senator Mike Duffy has been audited, and he quit the Conservative caucus on Thursday.
