Cornwall Community Police Logo.ROBBERY & THREATS

Cornwall, ON- Daniel Delage, 20 of Cornwall was arrested on April 30th, 2013. It is alleged that on April 24th, 2013 he assaulted an 18-year-old male acquaintance, threaten him and removed property. The victim did not require medical treatment. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. He was charged with Robbery and Utter Death Threats. He was released to appear in court on June 4th, 2013.

FAIL TO ATTEND & BREACHES

Cornwall, ON- Savannah Cousineau, 18 of Cornwall was arrested on April 30th, 2013. She was bound by an Undertaking and a Recognizance both with the conditions to Keep the Peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged that on April 19th, 2013 she failed to attend for fingerprints. She was charged with Fail to attend for fingerprints, Fail to comply with Undertaking and Fail to comply with recognizance. She was released to appear in court on June 6th, 2013.

BREACHES

Cornwall, ON- Peter Laxton, 35 of Cornwall was arrested on May 1st, 2013. He was bound by a Probation Order with the conditions to abstain from consuming and possessing alcohol or any other intoxicating substance and to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.He was also bound by an Undertaking with the conditions of keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged that early on May 1st, 2013 he was found by members of the Cornwall Community Police Service Community Patrol Division to be under the influence of alcohol. She was charged with Breach of Probation Order and fail to comply with Undertaking. He was released to appear in court on May 23rd, 2013.

Cornwall, ON- Meagan Brownlee, 19 of Cornwall was arrested on May 1st, 2013. She was bound by a Recognizance with the conditions of not to have any contact directly or indirectly with a certain person and not to be within 250 meters of them. It is alleged that on April 20th, 2013 she was seen with the said person by a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service Community Patrol Division. She was charged with Fail to comply with Recognizance and was held in custody until court later that day.

Cornwall, ON- Andrea Menard, 49 of Cornwall was arrested on May 1st, 2013. She was bound by a Probation Order with the conditions of keep the peace and be of good behaviour. She was also bound by an Undertaking with the conditions to abstain from the consumption of alcohol and keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged that on May 1st, 2013 she attended the police station while under the influence of alcohol. She was charged with 2 counts of Fail to comply with Undertaking and Breach of Probation Order. She was held in custody until court the following day.
