South Stormont — The Township of South Stormont is proud to introduce our new Mascot “Hootin’ Annie”.  A “Name Our Mascot” contest was held during Local Government Week and our Mascot visited local schools asking for name suggestions.  We received over 100 entries and the winners were announced at the October 23 Council Meeting.  The winners are brother and sister Thomas and Morgan Bray, grade one students at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic School in Ingleside.
