City of Cornwall Council Meeting Notes – February 22, 2021 brought to you by the Cornwall Chamber

Ruby Sushi, which opened a little more than a year ago, is facing difficulties growing and turning profitability.  Much to their patrons’ regrets, the Chens have decided to liquidate their assets and move back to China (Yes, other media.  It’s China, not Toronto).

Speculations that the location is to blame for the demise of the restaurant or that economic development didn’t do enough to spread the word about this fantastic place were running wild on Social Media Sunday.

The Seeker wants to thank the Chens for their contribution to the City of Cornwall and wishes them the best in their future endeavours.
