Embrun Ontario — Nine talented young artists will present the performances and works of art they produced as part of the Love My Life… Tobacco Free! project at La Maison des Arts in Embrun on Sunday, December 6th.
The project encourages participants to explore “life’s breath” by sharing their passions through various artistic disciplines such as song, dance and visual arts. The symbolic works of art represent the young artists’ view of how tobacco-free social and physical environments support and inspire a healthy mind, body and spirit.
The Love My Life… Tobacco Free! project was made possible thanks to Lisa Godard of La Maison des Arts in partnership with the Eastern Ontario Health Unit’s Youth Engagement Coordinator, Jenna Chisholm. The project was funded by the East Tobacco Control Area Network.
The art show and exhibit is a French event open to the public starting at 1 o’clock.
