BREACH
Cornwall, ON- A 17-year-old Montreal youth was arrested on April 18th, 2013. He was bound by a Recognizance with the conditions to report by telephone to the Cornwall Police every Friday between 8am and 6pm. It is alleged that on March 15th, 2013 he failed to report. He was located and charged with Fail to Comply with Recognizance and held in custody until court later that day. His name was not released as per provision under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
Cornwall, ON- A 15-year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on April 19th, 2013. The youth was bound by a Probation Order with the conditions of keep the peace and be of good behaviour as well as an Undertaking with the conditions of obey a curfew from 10pm to 8am, Monday to Friday and to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged that shortly after 1am on April 19th, 2013 the youth was found by a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service Community Patrol Division to be away from her residence. She was charged with 2 counts of Fail to Comply with Undertaking and Breach of Probation Order. She was held in custody until court the following day. The youth’s name was not released as per provision under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
Cornwall, ON- Dean McLaughlin, 21 was arrested on April 19th, 2013. He was bound by a Probation Order and an Undertaking with the conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged that on January 31st, 2013 he failed to attend for fingerprints. He was located and charged with Fail to Appear, Breach of Probation and Fail to Comply with Undertaking. He was released to appear in court on May 7th, 2013.
Cornwall, ON- Cassandra Garreau, 24 of Cornwall was arrested on April 19th, 2013. She was bound by a Recognizance with the condition to report to the Cornwall Community Police Service in person every Monday between the hours of 8am and 8pm. It is alleged that on April 11th, 2013, she failed to attend for fingerprints and also failed to report on April 15th, 2013. She was charged with Fail to Attend for fingerprints and Fail to comply with Recognizance. She was held in custody until court later that day.
