- Get W.I.T.H. it! (Walking in the Halls) Heart Wise Walking Program (*program dates extended*): As the weather gets colder and darker, participants will enjoy the benefits of walking in a warm and safe environment! All fitness levels are welcome. Held at the Cornwall Square Shopping Centre, every Tuesday and Thursday morning between 8 and 10 a.m. from January 9 to April 18, 2024 ( excluding March 25-29).
- Wellness Walkers: Enjoy the health benefits of physical activity in the fresh air while we stroll along the beautiful St. Lawrence River. Held in Lamoureux Park, every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 9-10 a.m. starting May 7, 2024. Participants will meet in front of the Civic Complex.
- Peer-led Lung Health Support Group (*New*): A peer-led Support Group for individuals with lung health conditions to share information with people who have similar issues. The first meeting will be held on April 5, 2024, from 1-2:30 p.m. in the SVCHC Community Room.
- Living Well with COPD: A six-week program for people with COPD and their families to learn to better manage this condition. Held Mondays, April 15 to May 27, 2024, from 1:15 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. at 353 Pitt St, Cornwall, ON.
- Cooking Basics (Williamsburg): A 3-week cooking program where you will learn to plan and prepare meals for one of two from our Community Health Worker. Held Tuesdays, April 16-30, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at J.W. MacIntosh Community Support Services, Williamsburg, ON.
- Cooking on a Budget Workshop (Winchester): Learn to cook simple, budget-friendly meals for your family without spending hours in the kitchen. Held Wednesday, April 24, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at St. Clare’s Anglican Church, Winchester, ON. Open to all North Dundas residents!
