Jason Cardinal, CISSP, is a bilingual GenX’er and an experienced tech and cybersecurity professional with 20+ years experience. Over the years, he’s received various security clearances from the RCMP, Hydro Québec, the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Quebec’s Sûreté du Québec, and the US Department of Homeland Security’s TSA division. He’s been through the 1998 Ice Storm and Y2K with no scars to show. He enjoys volunteering in his community. He’s run several half-marathons and he’s an avid martial artist. He enjoys playing guitar when he has time to do so. Jason obtained his CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) certification in 2023 on his first attempt.
