Cornwall Ontario – Tristan Conrad scored 31 seconds into overtime to push the Cornwall Colts to a 3-2 victory against the Lumber Kings in Pembroke.
Andrew Ming (1) and Shawn Baird (2) also scored for the Colts who improved to 14-8-2 for 30 points. The Colts are tied with four other teams for 3rd overall in the CCHL standings.
Liam Lascelle stopped 34 of 36 shots to earn his 8th win of the season.
Keegan Mulhearn and Matthew Morin each collected 2 assists for the Colts.
The Colts have won four in a row and five of their last six games overall.
The Colts host the Ottawa Jr. Senators this Thursday for Cornwall Emergency Services Night at the Ed Lumley Arena (game time is 7:30pm) before they welcome the Gloucester Rangers next Sunday (game time is 3pm).
