THREATS, ASSAULT WITH WEAPON, MISCHIEF & BREACHES
Cornwall, ON- A 15-year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on April 19th, 2013. The youth was bound by a Probation Order with the conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged that on April 2nd, 2013 the youth uttered a threat to her 33-year-old mother and caused damage to the residence. It is also alleged that on April 9th, 2013 she uttered another threat to her mother. It is also alleged that on April 11th, 2013 she got into an altercation with her mother and assaulted her, threw a cell phone charger and shoe at her and uttered threats. The victim did not require medical treatment. The youth was charged with Threats to cause damage to property, 2 counts of Threats to cause bodily harm, 2 counts of Assault with a weapon, Mischief under $5000 and Breach of Probation Order. She was released to an adult to appear in court on May 16th, 2013. The youths name was not released as per provision under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
DOMESTIC ASSAULT
Cornwall, ON- An 18-year-old Cornwall female was arrested on April 19th, 2013. It is alleged that on April 18th, 2013 she got into an altercation with her 22-year-old boyfriend when she pushed him. As the argument continued she pushed him resulting in him falling down the stairs. The victim did not require medical treatment. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. She was charged with 2 counts of Domestic Assault and released to appear in court on May 21st, 2013. Her name was not released as it would identify the victim.
THEFT & BREACH
Cornwall, ON- Kimberly Laird, 32 of Cornwall was arrested on April 19th, 2013. She was bound by an Undertaking with the conditions of keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged that on April 19th, 2013 she attended a Water Street store and removed property without making any attempts to pay for the concealed item. She was detained by the store’s loss prevention officer and turned over to a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service Community Patrol Division. She was charged with Theft under $5000 and Fail to Comply with Undertaking. She was released to appear in court on June 4th, 2013.
Cornwall, ON- Bradley Johnson, 39 of Cornwall was arrested on April 20th, 2013. He was bound by a Probation Order with the conditions of keep the peace and be of good behaviour and not to attend a certain store on Ninth Street. It is alleged that on April 13th and 15th, 2013, he attended the Ninth Street store and removed property without making any attempts to pay for it. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. He was charged with 2 counts of Theft under $5000 and 4 counts of Breach of Probation Order. He was released to appear in court on May 14th, 2013.
BREACH
Cornwall, ON- Robert Cadieux, 46 of Cornwall was arrested on April 19th, 2013. He was bound by a Probation Order with the conditions of not to associate, contact or hold any communication directly or indirectly with a certain 40-year-old person and to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged that on April 19th, 2013 he had contact with the said 40-year-old person. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. He was charged with 2 counts of Breach of Probation Order and released to appear in court on May 23rd, 2013.
DRUGS
Cornwall, ON- Colin McDonald, 22 of Cornwall was arrested on April 19th, 2013. It is alleged that on April 19th, 2013 he was found by a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service Community Patrol Division with a controlled substance believed to be marijuana. He was charged with Possession of a Controlled substance and released to appear in court on June 11th, 2013.
Cornwall, ON- A 16-year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on April 20th, 2013. It is alleged that on April 2nd, 2013 she was found by school staff to be in possession of a controlled substance believed to be amphetamine (speed). Police were contacted and an investigation followed. She was charged with Possession for the purpose of trafficking. She was released to an adult to appear in court on May 16th, 2013. Cornwall, ON- Jamie Marsolais, 24 of Cornwall was arrested on April 20th, 2013. He was bound by a Probation Order with the conditions of keep the peace and be of good behaviour and abstain from the purchase/possession/consumption of alcohol or other intoxicating substances. It is alleged that on April 20th, 2013 he was found under the influence of alcohol by a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service Community Patrol Division and provided a false name. He was charged with 2 counts of Breach of Probation Order and Personation. He was released to appear on court on June 4th, 2013.
WARRANT
Cornwall, ON- Laura Primeau, 25 of Cornwall was arrested on April 20th, 2013 under the strength of an outstanding warrant. She was bound by two Undertakings with the conditions of keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged that on March 13th, 2013 she fail to attend for fingerprints. She was located and charged with Fail to attend for fingerprints and 2 counts of Fail to Comply with Undertaking. She was released to appear in court on May 21st, 2013.
ASSAULT POLICE & RESIST ARREST
Cornwall, ON- Kristopher Johnsen, 31 of Cornwall was arrested on April 20th, 2013. It is alleged that on April 20th, 2013 while intoxicated he refused to provide his name to members of the Cornwall Community Police Service. Upon his arrest, he resisted and attempted to assault a police officer. He was charged with Assault a Peace Officer and Resist arrest. He was released to appear in court on June 4th, 2013.

Cornwall, ON- A 45-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on April 21st, 2013. He was bound by an Undertaking with the conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour and abstain from communicating with his 20-year-old ex-girlfriend. It is alleged that on April 18th, 2013 he contacted his 20-year-old ex-girlfriend by phone on two separate times. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. He was charged with 4 counts of Fail to comply with Undertaking and held in custody until court the following day. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in this matter.
BREAK & ENTER ARREST
Cornwall, ON- Two males were arrested on April 22nd, 2013. It is alleged that shortly prior to 4:00 am on April 22nd, 2013 they gained entry to a Montreal Road store by smashing a window. They removed some property and fled the scene. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. They were identified with aid of the stores surveillance video system and located a short time later.
An 18-year-old Cornwall man was bound by a two Probation Order with the conditions to abide by a curfew of 11pm to 6am Sunday to Thursday, keep the peace and be of good behaviour. He was charged with Break & Enter and 2 counts of Breach of Probation Order. He was held in custody until court later that day.
