French Onion Soup: Our French onion soup was made with a rich beef broth with onions slices and a hint of sherry, capped with toasted Vienna croutons with melted Swiss cheese and crispy onions. Jean declared this was absolutely awesome ($6.49).
Crab And Lobster Dip: Their famous crab and lobster dip was big enough to share and was served warm with pita points. It was rich smooth and absolutely delicious ($10.99). Two days later the leftovers were still magnificent.
English Style Fish And Chips: Their traditional English style beer-battered Basa was served with French fries and creamy coleslaw. It was served with a lemon wedge for $10.99). We could have ordered an additional piece of fish for $3.99. The generous portions of fish were light and flaky i.e., crispy coating. The coleslaw was ”more – ish”.
Chicken Quesadilla: Warm flour tortilla stuffed generously with chicken sautéed peppers (red, green) onions and their three cheese blend. This was served with salsa and sour cream for $10.99. This was definitely Joanne’s favourite.
We shared and enjoyed all the dishes. I don’t play favourites; I loved them all.
Mark , our server was most accommodating, friendly and professional.
The atmosphere of the room was excellent, everyone will be back. To sum it up, the food at the Gananoque Casino was excellent. The portions were very large very tasty and more than adequate.
