The Eperviers eliminated the River Kings on Sunday afternoon in Sorel with a 3-1 victory.
Maxime Charron’s goal with five seconds to play in the second period was the eventual game-winner. Eric Doucet scored an empty netter with 46 seconds to play to ice the win.
Nicolas D’Aoust scored the lone River Kings goal.
The Kings gave the regular season champs all they could handle; we’ll see you in 2015-16!
