New – The Rustic Roots Grill in Alexandria

The Rustic Roots Grill, is an evening dining experience hosted at Tom’s Pantry in Alexandria, launched on Friday November 1st and is available in the evenings on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 5 pm to 10 pm (last meal orders at 8 pm).

Tom’s Pantry is a bakery, café, and eatery owned and operated by Tom Manley. The venue at 1 Main Street South in Alexandria operates during daytime hours seven days per week. It offers breakfast, lunch, snacks, beverages, alcoholic beverages, sourdough bread, baked goods, and local foods to take home. 

The Rustic Roots Grill is BBQ food with a home comfort touch produced by Melissa and Pierre Allain, operating three evenings per week in the Tom’s Pantry venue. The husband and wife duo will be bringing BBQ flavours and comfort food favourites to Tom’s Pantry. A unique concept in the region, the Grill proposes an intimate atmosphere, a relaxed café-bistro setting, and high quality food for your date night, special occasion, or merely an evening with family and friends.

The unique menu is inspired by their BBQ experience, and features high quality steaks, ribs, other red meats, chicken, and a vegetarian option. The Grill offers a three-course dinner, priced either “à la carte” or “table d’hôte”. Also enjoy the local craft beers and ciders, mixed cocktails, and fine wines.
