We accept original, useful content that is appropriate for a Canadian audience. We do not accept spam, spun or low-value AI-generated content, hate speech, illegal material, misleading claims, copyright infringement, or content that does not fit our publication, values, or readers.

Accepted posts are published under our Advertorial or Business Spotlight label and may include a do-follow link when approved. Byline includes "In Partnership", "Business Team", or "Provided".

Publication and permanence

Posts tend to remain live permanently, but are not guaranteed beyond a year. However, “permanent” means they will remain published only while they continue to meet our standards and the following conditions:

• The topic, product, service, and destination website remain legal in Canada and Ontario.
• The destination link remains active, safe, and relevant to the article.
• We do not receive credible complaints, legal notices, copyright claims, regulatory concerns, or reports of misleading or harmful content.
• The destination website does not become spammy, malicious, hacked, redirected to unrelated material, or otherwise unsuitable for our readers.
• Linked website has a spam score under 5
• The content does not later conflict with our editorial standards, business policies, or public reputation.
• Payment has been received in full.
• Post pertaining to grey niches are posted for one year only.

If a link becomes broken, redirected, or unsuitable, we may remove the link or the article. Where practical, we may contact you for a replacement link. If we do not receive a suitable response within a reasonable time, the article may be removed without refund.

We reserve the right to edit, unpublish, remove links from, or remove any post at any time if it no longer meets these requirements. No refunds are issued for content removed for these reasons.|

Yearly reviews ensures our content remains safe and of interest to our viewers.

Publication does not guarantee traffic, rankings, indexing, conversions, or any particular SEO result.

Timing and payment

Turnaround time is generally 24–48 hours after content has been approved and payment has been received.

Payment is due within 48 hours of acceptance. Unpaid articles will not be published, or may be removed if they have been posted pending payment.

If you are unsure whether a topic is suitable, send the topic or draft for review before making payment. We reserve the right to decline any submission that does not fit our platform, tone, values, or audience.

Our rates are firm. We do not offer discounts or respond to discount requests.

Topics such as CBD, crypto, forex, peptides, payday loans, adult content, or other regulated or controversial subjects are considered case by case and are not typically accepted. Anything illegal in Ontario or Canada will be declined.

By submitting content, you confirm that you have the right to publish all text, images, links, trademarks, and claims included in it, and that the content is accurate and lawful. You remain responsible for the content and the destination website.
