On February 23rd, the Cornwall Civic Complex transformed into a classy  Gala venue for  an evening of glitter, glamour and recognition.  The Annual Business Excellence Awards & Citizen of the Year Banquet, celebrating this year 25 Years of Business Excellence, was a major success.  Our very own Grant Reso was on location.  Don’t miss the full story in the pages of next week’s edition of the Seeker.  In the meantime, here are the winners:
