Cornwall, ON- A 14-year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on April 10th, 2013. The youth was bound by an Undertaking with the conditions of to notify a specific police officer of any change of address, employment or occupation abide by the house rules, a curfew- to be in your residence between 9 pm and 7am and to attend school without truancy. It is alleged that during the March Break failed to return home before curfew. The youth also failed to attend school of several dates and on April 9th, 2013 failed to follow house rules. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. Further investigation revealed that the youth failed to notify his change of address. The youth was charged with 4 counts of Fail to Comply with Undertaking and held in custody until court the followed day. The youth’s name was not released as per provision under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

Cornwall, ON- The Cornwall Community Police Service is currently investigating a Break & Enter that occurred between April 9th and 10th, 2013 at a Vincent Massey Drive garage. The suspect(s) gained entry and removed outboard 9.9 horsepower Mercury motor. If you have any information regarding this break & enter, please contact the Service at 613-932-2110 or Crime Stoppers at 613-937-8477.
