Cornwall Ontario — Here is your chance to learn ‘The Science & Art of Making Great Cheese’. Come along in April and taste the science of great cheese making with cheese maker and owner of Glengarry Fine Cheese, Margaret Peters-Morris.
Award winning Glengarry Fine Cheese specializes in Fine Artisan style cheese from cow and goat milk. As expert cheese makers, their onsite production of farmstead cheese making follows a traditional path but is also combined with modern knowledge and technologies.
The Science and Nature Speaker Series is hosted by the St. Lawrence River Institute in cooperation with the Cornwall Public Library. The talks are free of charge, but space is limited.
