Award winning Glengarry Fine Cheese specializes in Fine Artisan style cheese from cow and goat milk. As expert cheese makers, their onsite production of farmstead cheese making follows a traditional path but is also combined with modern knowledge and technologies.

The Science and Nature Speaker Series is hosted by the St. Lawrence River Institute in cooperation with the Cornwall Public Library. The talks are free of charge, but space is limited.
