He was bound by a Recognizance with the conditions of not to possess any cellular phones or portable telecommunication devices and not to be found in any private motor vehicle without the registered owner present and to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.
It is alleged that on April 17th, 2013 he was found by a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service Community Patrol Division to be operating a motor vehicle without the registered owner present and being in possession of two cellular phones.
He was charged with 4 counts of Fail to Comply with Recognizance and held in custody until court the following day.
