First, they waste millions of dollars on payoffs for top executives.

Second, the old hospital slips through their fingers when it could have been used for the social needs of the community.

Next we hear about storage tanks being built on the waterfront and they knew nothing about it. Are you kidding me.

Talk about being asleep at the switch. This is terrible news for our community.
