As the 2014 racing season approaches, Stephane Lafrance and his race team are focused on getting back on top of the 358 Modified Division. Lafrance had a great 2013 season at Cornwall, picking up a win on opening night, and came within just five points of capturing the coveted track championship. He also finished second by just a single point in the Canadian Nationals Series at Cornwall. Lafrance also had a pair of feature wins at Brockville Speedway placing sixth overall in the point standings and fifth in the Ogilvie’s Triple Crown Series.

Stepahane Lafrance is very anxious to get the season underway, and is happy to announce that Bandit Motorsports is on board as a major sponsor for 2014. Bandit Motorsports is located in Plantagenet, Ontario and proudly serves the Prescott-Russell and greater Ottawa area. They are supplier for auto detailing products and supplies.

“We are happy to have Nick Kitzemian from Bandit Motorsports on board with our team for 2014”, says Lafrance. “We feel that they are a great fit for our racing fans as everyone wants to keep their car clean after a weekend at the track”.

Bandit Motorsports is located at 661 County Road 9 in Plantagenet, Ontario. The Bandit Super Store is your number one source for your entire auto detailing supply needs. For more information on Bandit Motorsports, including the Bandit Refill Program, please call them at 613-673-1007 or visit them online at www.banditsuperstore.com.

“We started this business because we were tired of going to places and not knowing what to buy”, says Bandit Motorsports owner Nick Kitzemian. “At Bandit Motorsports, customers can come into our store, sample our products and see in person what our products can do. Customer Service is our number one priority. Stephane is a great guy, and a great racecar driver and we look forward to being part of his success in 2014”

In addition to welcoming Bandit Motorsports as a major sponsor for 2014, Lafrance is also happy to announce that all 2013 sponsors are back on board for another season. These sponsors include Trick Race Parts, Techno Metal Post, Sakou & Claudie, ERD Racing Engines, JCCayer.com, NewYorkPowerTools.com, Machabee Farm Recycling & Trucking, Seguin Plumbing, ICM Enterprise, City A1 Rad, Casselman Cement, Les Production Monte Cristo, Group IGS, Metal Fab, Bert Transmission and Savage Electric.

The 2014 season will start on Saturday, May 10th at Brockville Speedway as they host a 50 lap event that will be part of the Ogilvie’s Auto Triple Crown Series. Cornwall Speedway will open on Sunday, May 18th for a 100 lap Canadian Nationals Series race that will also be round 1 of the Mr. DIRTcar 358 Modified championship series.
