Cornwall Ontario — What better to enjoy the summer than to watch a great flick with friends and family! For the duration of the summer, people of all ages can enjoy a superb lineup of first-rate movies at Cornwall Public Library.

The Summer Movie Festival returns again this year with great movies such as Academy Award winner for Best Movie,12 Years a Slave and others such as Gravity, Nebraska, American Hustle, Catching Fire, Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs 2 and many more.

A total of twenty two films will be presented on Thursday evenings and with a repeat screening on Friday afternoon. Included in this selection are four children and family movies presented throughout July on Mondays and a selection of three French movies to be presented on alternate weekdays.

The free movies take to the screen in the library’s spacious, air conditioned program room that features a state of the art sound system and a large screen. Everyone is welcome. Bring your snacks and covered drinks and enjoy your movie with a friend or two. For the full list of movies, please go to the events calendar or on the library’s website at www.library.cornwall.on.ca . You can also download the entire schedule from the website.

So pull up a chair, kick your feet up and enjoy the show. It’s going to be hot.

For more information on this and other library programs, please contact program coordinator, Pierre Dufour at pdufour@library.cornwall.on.ca or at 613-932-4796.
