CORNWALL – The eventful off-season continues for new owner Brock Frost and the River Kings. Here are some news and notes from the LNAH team:
The River Kings will have a booth set up at Cornwall Ribfest this weekend. The team will be selling merchandise from its impressive catalogue, taking season ticket orders and talking to potential sponsors about the upcoming season. Pre-orders will also be accepted on personalized jerseys. Ribfest will be held in Lamoureux Park this Friday (11 a.m. to 11 p.m.), Saturday (11 a.m. to 11 p.m.) and Sunday (11 a.m. to 7 p.m.)
The River Kings are proud to introduce a new automated, online processing system for game-day sales. This new process will not only cut wait lines for tickets, it will also help track seating, improve accounting efficiency and essentially erase the potential for errors in revenue generation.
The Blue & White game, scheduled for Sunday, Sept. 7, will begin at 7:30 p.m.
General admission tickets for all River Kings games, including the Blue & White contest, exhibition and regular season games will be available for purchase beginning Tuesday, Aug. 5 at the Civic Complex administration office. The office will be open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
