The hot humid weather was not a deterrent for outdoor exercise

“It was a great way to celebrate Canada Day. It was a hot one, but nothing stopped the ZwithC crew from coming out to Rock the Block”, says Ms. Bowen.

Despite the blazing weather, the Zumba crew found ways to keep cool.

“We brought out frozen water bottles and spray bottles to cool us down throughout the class”.

Expect to see more Zumba this summer at the corner of Pitt and Second at Pommier Block.

“I am looking forward to rocking the downtown core some more all summer long!”.
