Candidate who dropped out of the race did well
Cornwall Ontario — Stephanie White who withdrew from the election, but who’s name still appeared on the ballot, finished ahead of six other Council Candidates (she finished with about 1900 votes). A bizarre and stunning result from someone who did not campaign, advertise, knock on doors, have signs up, or participate in the debates.
