Cornwall Ontario – A late 3rd period goal wasn’t enough as the Cornwall Colts fell 3-2 to the Ottawa Jr Senators at the Ed Lumley Arena.

Tanner Spink (10) and JD Pogue (8) scored for the Colts who’s record falls to 12-6-0-3 for 27 points. The Colts remain 3rd overall in the CCHL standings just two points behind 1st place Carleton Place.

The Jr. Sens outshot the Colts 30-27 with Liam Lascelle getting tagged with the loss.

The Wendy’s Restaurant 3 Stars were First Star Merrick Rippon (OTT), Second Star Nicholas Samson (OTT) and Tanner Spink (COR).

The Cornwall Colts were participating in the Pumpkin Carving for Hospice at the Cornwall Square on Friday. The Cornwall Colts have the weekend off before hosting Nepean next Thursday (Nov 3rd) at the Ed Lumley Arena. Game time is 7:30pm.
