The City of Cornwall is pleased to offer a new resource for residents.

Recycle Coach is a free app, available for download on Android and iPhone devices. The bilingual app offers garbage and recycling collection reminders, a complete calendar of waste events, and notifications when collection will be delayed due to holidays.

“Many residents reported that they were looking for a more convenient way to access information about garbage and recycling,” said Danielle Watson, Waste Management Supervisor. “The new Recycle Coach app allows for that. Residents now have collection requirements and dates at their fingertips!”

Recycle Coach also offers a search tool, available on the app and on Cornwall.ca. (Click here to use the tool.) Residents simply enter the item they’re looking to dispose of, and the tool identifies whether it’s destined for a garbage can, recycling bin, or special waste disposal program.

To learn more about the app, visit Recycle Coach’s website (click here).
