Cornwallbusinessentreprisecentre.com – Whether a dinner for 2 or a party of hundreds, food has always brought people together. Forage, a local caterer with a focus on charcuterie and grazing boards, has made it their business to join you at your gathering.

Forage boards are masterfully presented with local and imported cheeses, meats, fruits, and nuts, prepared with the customer’s palate in mind. Nicholas MacNaughton, owner at Forage, designs each board himself, to ensure each one is prepared and presented perfectly every time.

“Our goal has always been to impress our guests with unique options made with fresh ingredients,” said Mr. MacNaughton. “I create boards and grazing tables, incorporating flavours that are carefully selected with a focus on seasonal and local ingredients that you just can’t help but be curious to taste.”

The mobile charcuterie and grazing board company began operation in late 2018. Since that time, Forage has filled Facebook and Instagram feeds with beautifully displayed boards of all shapes, sizes, and tastes. The business has since become a family affair, with Nicholas’ wife and mother lending a hand as the business has grown.

“My wife and mother have been an invaluable support for the business,” says Mr. MacNaughton. “They’ve both helped me grow this business to what it is today.”

Charcuterie boards are perfect for weddings, parties, weekend gatherings, business meetings, and more. Each board is prepared by order, meaning it’s completely customized to your liking.

Forage can be reached by phone at (613) 362-3885 or online at:
