In addition to implementing safety protocols, organizations must prioritize creating an environment free from harassment. 

This blog aims to provide comprehensive guidance on how you can ensure your safety in the workplace, including measures to prevent harassment and promote a respectful and inclusive work culture. The best way to combat harassment in the workplace is for businesses to educate and train their employees thoroughly. Learn about recognizing and addressing different forms of harassment.

Maintain a support network within your workplace and connect with individuals who share a commitment to a safe and respectful work environment.
