AFC and AMH are two of the most commonly used measures of ovarian reserve.
They look at the same biological system from different angles.
Antral follicle count uses ultrasound to count small follicles that are physically visible in the ovaries.
AMH is a hormone produced by cells associated with developing ovarian follicles and is measured through a blood test.
Because both measurements relate to the follicle population, they often tell a similar story.

Does AFC Tell You How Many Eggs You Have Left?

If your AFC is 12, that does not mean you have 12 eggs left.

It does not count the entire egg supply.
Does AFC Tell You How Long You Have Left to Get Pregnant?
No.
