AROUND THE COUNTIES WITH SYLVIE On August 14, Downtown Pitt Street was thriving with activity as people gathered to enjoy the Night Market. The event featured a great mix of food vendors, nearby restaurants, pop-up containers, vendor booths, and local shops, creating something for everyone to enjoy. A DJ kept the upbeat music playing, adding to the festive atmosphere as visitors browsed, shopped, ate, and socialized. Creative sidewalk chalk art caught my attention and led me straight to Crush Lane. Judging by the number of customers inside, it appeared to be a very successful marketing technique! The crowds made it a little difficult to capture photos of all the vendors, but I managed to get a few. Most importantly, it was wonderful to see so many people out and about, supporting local businesses and enjoying a lively evening in the downtown core.
