Family donates bench to City of Cornwall
Cornwall Ontario — Adelard and Sandra Lemire (seated) recently donated a beautiful bench to the City of Cornwall and it has been installed along the recreational path near the foot of McConnell Avenue, overlooking the river. The bench is dedicated in memory of their parents Adelard and Marion Lemire, a Cornwall couple who lived near the river and spent most of their free time fishing on it. Pictured with the Lemires are Councillor David Murphy and Jim Althouse, Parks and Landscaping Supervisor.
