Tri-County Literacy Council VolunteersdCornwall Ontario — Tri-County Literacy Council relies on many volunteers in order to fulfill their mandate of addressing literacy needs within our community. With the efforts and dedication of volunteers, many individual lives’ are changed. On May 23, 2013 they honoured their volunteers in a special celebration. Pictured back left to right are Ruth Alderson, Julie Daoust, Arlene McGillis, Robin Hayes and Jocelyn St. Denis. In front are Rebekah Massouh and Paige Brockett.
