Cornwall Ontario —  There is a fundraiser being hosted by SSW’s from St. Lawrence College to help out local seniors. “This event will help us to raise awareness about the importance of elder health in the SDG area. We are a group of 2nd year SSWs trying to better the life of our seniors”, explains event co-organzier Jenn Gravel. The spaghetti dinner is being held at the Knights of Columbus on March 22nd from 6pm to 11pm. Tickets are $12 for adults and $8 for children. The money raised is in support of the Glen Stor Dun Lodge, The Parisien Manor, St. Joesph’s Continuing Care, and the Recreation Departments of SDG.
