South Stormont — This weekend will prove to be a busy weekend in South Stormont for Team Grady; multiple events have been planned to benefit the Stephanie Grady Cancer Treatment Fund.
Stephanie Grady is a young woman who has been diagnosed with a very rare and extremely aggressive form of epithelial cancer called NUT Midline Carcinoma. This cancer is a genetic mutation which grows tumours along the midline centres of the body. Stephanie has become eligible to receive a series of drug trial treatments out of the NUT Midline Carcinoma Institute at Harvard University in Boston and several fundraisers have been planned to help assist with the costs.
