Ottawa Ontario — Many athletic enthusiast from Cornwall made the trek to Ottawa on Sunday for Mud Hero 2014.

Yesterday participants conquered their fear of muck, madness and mayhem and embraced love of friends, fitness and fun all the way to the finish line.

Lisa Blanchard from Spirit Tree Yoga was one of the man participants.

“Mud Hero is awesome fun, yet challenging and enduring. You climb over obstacles, wade through mud chest-deep and you come out feeling exhilarated and alive. Definitely doing it again”, says Ms. Blanchard.
