Carilyne Hebert 2014 Big Sister of the Year Cornwall

Cornwall Ontario — Carilyne Hebert was named the 2014 Big Sister of the Year by the local chapter of Big Brothers and Big Sisters on Saturday night. Earlier in the week Carilyne Hebert, who is 26 years old, was elected as a City Councillor.
