Cornwall Ontario — Freezing Rain Warning has been issued for Cornwall and area by Environment Canada. Ice build-up due to freezing rain is expected or occurring.

Freezing rain is expected to continue this evening and end early Wednesday morning. Freezing rain will change to rain near the St. Lawrence River. Freezing rain will be mixed with snow elsewhere.

Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots will become icy, slippery and hazardous. Take extra care when walking or driving in affected areas.
