Cornwall Ontario – The Cornwall Colts earned one point after being on the short end of a 4-3 overtime score against the Brockville Braves.

Neil Robinson scored 18 seconds after the Colts Grant Cooper was called for tripping early in the overtime period.

Liam Folkes led the Braves with 2 goals with Andrew Jarvis also scoring for Brockville.

Cornwall Colts 2015-2016 002

Grant Cooper, Dean Derouchie and Brennan Markell scored for the Colts who’s record stands at 1-2-1.

Cornwall outshot Brockville 40-25 with Brett Nichol being tagged with the loss. Henry Johnson earned the victory for the Braves.

The two teams play the back end of their home and home series Friday night in Brockville. Game time is 7:30.

The Colts next home game is Thursday September 17th against the Cumberland Grads where it’ll be Big Brothers/Big Sisters Night at the Ed Lumley Arena.
