“I am pleased to return to the Consumer Services portfolio, which I held for two years following my election in 2011” MPP McDonell commented. “It now incorporates overseeing the delivery of government services, which provides services to Ontario’s ministries, as well as to the general public.  I look forward to working with all stakeholders to ensure Ontario’s regulatory framework and public service delivery responds to the needs of our citizens and businesses, as well as the Legislature and its government ministries”.

“I foresee a very busy legislative session ahead” MPP McDonell stated. “I will continue to work to ensure any new regulation or regulatory body is accountable to the public and delivers value for money. I will advocate for all Ontarians who demand speedy, affordable and efficient service in all their interactions with the Province.”
