Cornwall – The Cornwall Colts host the CCHL leading Carleton Place Canadians this Thursday night at the Ed Lumley Arena (7:30pm).
Fans are encouraged to bring their teddy bears (or other stuffed animals) this Thursday to toss onto the ice after the Colts score their first goal of the game or at the end of the first period, whichever happens first. All teddy bears will be distributed to local children in time for the Christmas season.
The Colts are fresh off a 3-2 win in Nepean this past Sunday. The game marked the return to the lineup for forward Grant Cooper who picked up an assist.
Lawson MacDonald has 8 points (5 goals) in his last 5 games. Tanner Spink continues to lead the Colts in scoring with 29 points (7 goals, 22 assists) in 29 games.
