“We are closer to our goal every day but need a little more time to reach our objective”, said Michael Galvin, 2015 Campaign Chair. “Every gift goes a long way toward improving quality of life in SDG. You can give today and watch it make a difference all year long”.

Today at the Cornwall Square the organization drew winners for both the Celebration Sleigh raffle (a prize valued at $5000) – won by Julie Lapierre – and a $3000 travel voucher from Travel Quest (sponsored by Your Credit Union) won by Sylvie Cyr.

United Way Executive Director Lori Greer was thrilled with participation for both initiatives. “We are extremely grateful for everyone who purchased Sleigh tickets and for all who donated to be a part of the travel draw. Both generated a great buzz for us this year.”

You can donate in person or by mail at 405 Fourth Street West, P.O. Box 441, Cornwall K6H 5T2, by credit card by calling 613-932-2051 or online.
