A media panel from the City’s other 3 media outlets were invited to ask tough questions to the four mayoral candidates last night.

Although not sitting on that panel, The Seeker was there, bringing you the event through a Facebook live feed.

Many issues were discussed including taxes, our waterfront and the much talked about Art Centre.

The tone remained respectful throughout the evening, but tension between the current sitting councillors and the current mayor could positively be felt.  At one point, Dave Murphy even qualified the current council as being “fractured”, to which Clement agreed.

Join Us Friday at 1pm as we livecast the Society for the Promotion of Bilingualism’s debate.
