At Beyond 21, we are dream chasers. We are a grassroots organization that partners with adults who have a developmental disability to identify their dreams and help them learn the skills and build the connections they need to achieve them.

Due to Covid-19, we had to make the difficult decision early on to cancel our annual Food Fest fundraising event. Fortunately, with the help of restaurants and businesses from Cornwall and surrounding areas, we have been able to create a digital cookbook that was built on a desire to connect with the community and support a mission close to our hearts.

On August 10th, Beyond 21 will be releasing their virtual cook book, “With Love, Beyond 21” involving local businesses, artisans, restaurants, food trucks, and “Celebrity” recipes. Over 60 delicious recipes have been included in the cookbook and range from drinks, soups, salads, appetizers, main dishes, and of course, desserts!

The cookbook will be available online on August 10th.  Check out Beyond 21 or Cornwall Food Fest on Facebook on August 10th to learn how to get your copy for a donation to Beyond 21. Information will also be posted to beyond21.org on the same day. Also keep an eye on our FaceBook page for the 10 day “With Love, Beyond 21” Countdown which starts on August 1.

Anyone donating $20 or more will be entered into a draw to win over $350 dollars worth of gifts from local businesses!

100% of all proceeds generated by sales of this e-book will enable us to continue providing one-on-one participant support during Covid-19, hands-on learning opportunities, and help us with everyday operating expenses.

Please show your support for Beyond 21 and make a contribution of any amount on our cookbook page  to Beyond 21 starting August 10th and gain access to 60+ tried and true recipes while supporting a great cause!
