Alan and Audrey Bain artwork – on-line auction to benefit local charities

An online auction featuring the art of Alan and Audrey Bain will benefit three local charities, namely Baldwin House-Maison Baldwin, Cornwall Arts and Culture Centre and Hospice Cornwall

There are currently 75 works of art on display on the www.Bethelink.net webpage under the AUCTION heading at https://bethelink.net/shop/.  For shortcut access, copy/paste this address into your browser and it will take you directly there. Each art work has a photograph and is identified by title, dimensions, medium used, value and minimum bid.

Alan and Audrey Bain have given these works to be auctioned with the proceeds to be shared equally by the three charities above.

  •    A list of the works is provided on the website.
  •    The suggested price/evaluation will be indicated along with the opening minimum.
  •   All bids must be in increments of at least $5.00 each
  • Bids are to be made according to directions on the auction site.
  • The start date of the auction will be Monday September 28, 2020 at 8:00 am
  • The closing date will be after Thanksgiving on Thursday, October 15 2020 at 8:00 pm
  • All purchased pieces must be picked up on Saturday Oct 17 between noon and 4:00 pm at 159 Pitt Street, Cornwall (old BMO building) – please use Pitt Street entrance or rear (accessible) entrance
  • Payment may be made to “Centre for the Arts Collective” – the proceeds will be divided equally between Baldwin House, Cornwall Hospice and the Arts and Culture Centre.
  • Should a bidder be desperate to buy a work, s/he must make a bid of the listed value of the piece. That item will then be indicated as SOLD on the website
