Are you running around worrying about making sure everything is just perfect for your wedding? Well, don’t stress! There are a few simple things that can help. These amazing tips will ensure a spectacular and memorable day. You can have an absolutely amazing wedding without going over the top on price or time. This article offers some really great advice for those who want to cut corners without cutting quality or fun. Read on for quick and easy ways to enjoy a fabulous wedding ceremony and reception!

Hire A Good Photographer

You may think that this is a luxury, but it really isn’t.  The number one thing people remember from their wedding day is the photographs.  That’s why hiring a professional photographer to capture all of those special moments will ensure that you have an amazing reminder of your big day! The professional team at https://www.camariemcbride.com/ believes that if you want to get amazing shots of your vows, interactions with friends and family, and several other important moments throughout the day- definitely make sure you get someone who knows what they are doing.  The last thing you want is for your wedding photos to turn out blurry or poorly composed- it really does make a difference and can ruin some priceless memories!  You won’t regret choosing a professional photographer who specializes in weddings because they know where everything goes and how everything works.

You should be sure to schedule enough time for your photography session before your wedding ceremony begins. This can get pretty tricky if there isn’t a lot of space in between these two events, but try to keep in mind that family photos will safely take about 15 minutes, while the portrait session with just the couple may last upwards of 30 minutes or an hour depending on your needs.

Get Specific When Pulling Together Your Décor

Try to keep things simple. Use colored linens instead of cloth napkins and go for paper over real china dinnerware, so you don’t have to worry about matching patterns. You can also buy or rent inexpensive centerpieces that everyone will love, but look expensive! Fresh flowers are always a good choice because they can stay out all night, unlike live centerpieces that need water changes throughout the evening. Remembering the little details will make your big day special for you and your guests. You can click for custom wedding koozies as a unique and memorable favor for your guests to take home. Have someone take pictures of the decor before anyone arrives in case things go missing or get moved around. You will also want to take photos of the table layout to ensure everything looks good in various locations throughout the reception site!

Plan For The Music

Think about the music you want to hear during certain parts of your wedding.  This is a big detail that often gets overlooked in bridal planning, but it’s a really important time for guests to get up and move around, or sit back and relax.  If you know there will be a break after the ceremony where people are mingling and chatting- make sure there is music playing in the background! Pick songs that fit with your personalities and have special meaning to you as a couple.  You should also do well to hire a professional DJ  if you’re having a bit of a larger celebration.  Most people don’t realize that the DJ at their party is actually playing music by themselves and not getting requests from guests or anything- so it’s important to have someone who knows what they are doing for this part of the day.

Do Your Homework

Thoroughly research any vendors you plan to use before hiring them. Check reviews online at The Knot, Wedding Wire, or Thumbtack. You can also ask your friends and family for vendor recommendations. You should also make sure that all of the services you request are laid out in writing before the wedding day. Don’t assume anything; it’s better to be safe than sorry! If something isn’t explicitly mentioned in your contract or agreement, do not assume that it will happen. Anything from changing the temperature on the AC to supplying a particular type of chair at your outdoor reception site should be clearly stated and discussed with vendors ahead of time so there is no confusion on the wedding day.

Be Realistic About What You Want From Your Reception

When planning your reception, try to keep your guest list and budget in mind. Think about what will best serve the majority of your guests and what you can afford, rather than trying to fit everyone’s tastes into one venue. While it may be fun for you to serve elaborate hors d’oeuvres at cocktail hour, this type of food may not be practical or even possible for a large reception site. Opt for something that makes sense with the space you have. You also want to look at what kind of atmosphere you are trying to create. If you are looking to dance all night long on a concrete floor, then find someplace else!

Plan For The Unexpected

Do your best to plan ahead, but also know that items can go missing or be forgotten. Leave yourself some wiggle room in your budget so you don’t overspend on something that isn’t 100 percent guaranteed.  It’s always good to have at least one backup plan for seating. Figure out beforehand if there is a possibility of having extra guests show up unexpectedly. If there are, create an overflow list with the names and number of people who will need seats somewhere else other than the main reception area. Unless someone has RSVP’d yes, you want to make it clear that they should not expect a seat at the reception unless they are on this list!

To conclude,  remember that your big day is about celebrating the union of two people in matrimony, not what type of plates you’re eating off or how great your centerpieces look. Remember to keep it simple and you will love the memories made at your wedding for years to come!
